Reports and Analytics

Prerequisites

  • Signed in to the admin panel
  • Admin or Manager permission

Step 1 — Access the Reports page

  1. In the sidebar, click Reports
  2. The page displays dashboards with sales, product, and customer metrics

Step 2 — Sales report by period

  1. Select the Sales tab
  2. Choose the period: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 12 months
  3. Group by: day, week, or month
  4. The report shows:
    • Total revenue — invoiced amount for the period
    • Total orders — number of orders
    • Average order value — revenue / orders
    • Trend chart — sales trend over time

Step 3 — Best-selling products report

  1. Select the Products tab
  2. Choose the period and sort by revenue or quantity
  3. The report shows:
    • Product and SKU
    • Quantity sold
    • Revenue generated
    • Average selling price

Step 4 — Categories report

  1. Select the Categories tab
  2. The report shows sales distribution by category:
    • Products sold per category
    • Revenue per category
    • Percentage of total

Step 5 — Customers report

  1. Select the Customers tab
  2. The report shows:
    • New customers — registered in the period
    • Returning customers — with more than 1 order
    • Repeat rate — percentage of customers who returned
    • Average LTV — average customer lifetime value
    • Top 10 customers — by total amount spent

Step 6 — Export reports (CSV)

  1. On any report tab, click Export CSV
  2. The file is downloaded with all data from the current report
