Public Store — Checkout and Payment

Prerequisites
- Products added to the cart
- Account created or guest checkout (if allowed by the store)
Step 1 — Start checkout
- In the cart, click Proceed to Checkout
- If not authenticated, you will be prompted to log in or register
Step 2 — Fill in billing details
Fill in the required fields:
- First name and Last name
- Email — to receive confirmation
- Phone — for delivery contact
- Address — full address
- City and Postal code
- Country
- Tax ID (optional) — for invoice with tax number
Step 3 — Shipping address
- If the shipping address is the same as billing, no need to fill in again
- If different, uncheck "Use same address" and fill in the shipping details
- Add order notes if needed (e.g., "Deliver to neighbour")
Step 4 — Choose shipping method
After filling in the address, the system calculates available methods:
- Standard — normal delivery (e.g., CTT Express, 2-4 business days)
- Express — fast delivery (e.g., DPD/GLS, 1-2 business days)

Step 5 — Secure payment via Stripe
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe
- Accepted methods:
- Credit/debit card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Apple Pay and Google Pay (when available)
- Enter your card details
- If needed, confirm with 3D Secure (bank authentication)
- Click Pay
Security: All communication is encrypted (HTTPS + PCI DSS). The store never has access to your card details.
Step 6 — Order confirmation
After successful payment:
- You are redirected to the Confirmation page
- You receive an email with:
- Order number
- Product summary
- Billing and shipping details
- Estimated delivery
- You can track the order in My Account > Orders
