Manage Products

Prerequisites
- Signed in to the admin panel
- Admin or Manager permission
Step 1 — Access the products list
- In the sidebar, click Products
- The page displays all products with:
- Name, SKU, price, stock, status
- Search bar and filters

Step 2 — Create a new product
- Click New Product (button at the top of the page)
- Fill in the required fields:
- Name — product title (e.g., "MOLLE Tactical Vest")
- Price — value in EUR (e.g., 49.90)
- SKU — unique internal reference (e.g., "CT-MOLLE-001")
- Stock — available quantity
- Description — descriptive text with formatting
- Optional fields:
- Sale price — promotional price with start/end dates
- Weight — weight in kg for shipping calculation
- SEO — meta title and meta description
- Featured product — mark for the featured section
- Click Save
Step 3 — Add images
- On the product edit page, go to the Images section
- Click Upload Image or drag and drop the file
- Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, WebP (maximum 10 MB)
- Set the primary image (displayed in listings)
- Reorder images by dragging them
Step 4 — Edit an existing product
- In the products list, click the product name
- Modify the desired fields
- Click Save
Step 5 — Search and filter products
- Use the search bar to find products by name or SKU
- If no results are found, an empty state message is displayed
Step 6 — Delete a product
- In the products list, click the delete icon (trash)
- Confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialog
- The product is removed from the listing
Warning: Deletion is permanent. Existing orders retain the product history.
