1. Creating an Account

1.1 Registering with email and password

  1. On the online store, click Create Account or Register
  2. Fill in:
    • First name and Last name
    • Email — this will be your login
    • Password — minimum 8 characters, with uppercase, lowercase, and numbers
    • Phone (optional)
  3. Click Create Account
  4. You will receive a welcome email with useful information

1.2 Signing in

  1. Click Sign In
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. Click Log In

1.3 Password recovery

  1. On the login page, click Forgot your password?
  2. Enter your email
  3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password (valid for 1 hour)
  4. Click the link and set a new password

2. Browsing and Shopping

2.1 Searching for products

  • Use the search bar at the top of the page
  • The search works by product name, description, and reference (SKU)

2.2 Filtering by category, price, stock

On the products page, use the filters:

  • Category — select a category (e.g., Accessories, Clothing)
  • Price — set a price range (minimum and maximum)
  • Availability — show only in-stock products
  • Featured — show only featured products
  • Sort by — newest, price ascending/descending, name A-Z/Z-A

2.3 Viewing product details

Click a product to see:

  • Image gallery — with zoom and navigation between images
  • Name and description — full details
  • Price — with promotional price indication when applicable
  • Variants — select size, colour, or other options
  • Availability — whether it is in stock
  • Reviews — ratings from other customers (stars and comments)
  • Related products — suggestions for similar products

2.4 Adding to cart

  1. On the product page, select the desired variant (if applicable)
  2. Set the quantity
  3. Click Add to Cart
  4. The cart updates automatically (icon in the top corner)

2.5 Applying a discount coupon

  1. In the cart, locate the Discount Coupon field
  2. Enter the coupon code (e.g., SUMMER2026)
  3. Click Apply
  4. The discount is applied automatically to the subtotal
  5. To remove: click Remove Coupon

3. Checkout

3.1 Filling in shipping details

  1. In the cart, click Proceed to Checkout
  2. Fill in billing details:
    • First name, last name, email, phone
    • Address, city, postal code, country
    • Tax ID (optional, for invoice)
  3. If the shipping address is different, fill in the shipping address as well
  4. Add order notes (optional)

3.2 Choosing a shipping method

After filling in the address, the system automatically calculates available methods:

  • Standard — normal delivery (e.g., CTT Express, 2-4 business days)
  • Express — fast delivery (e.g., DPD/GLS, 1-2 business days)
  • Costs vary by zone:
    • Mainland Portugal — from 3.99 EUR (free above 50 EUR in many stores)
    • Islands (Madeira/Azores) — from 6.99 EUR
    • Europe — from 14.99 EUR

Select the desired method.

3.3 Secure payment

Payment is processed securely via Stripe:

  • Credit/debit card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay (when available)
  • All communication is encrypted (HTTPS + PCI DSS)
  • The store never has access to your card details
  1. Enter your card details
  2. If needed, confirm with 3D Secure (bank authentication)
  3. Click Pay

3.4 Order confirmation

After payment:

  1. You are redirected to the Confirmation page
  2. You receive an email with:
    • Order number
    • Product summary
    • Billing and shipping details
    • Estimated delivery
  3. You can track the order in your account

4. My Account

4.1 Viewing orders and tracking

  1. Go to My Account > Orders
  2. View the list of all orders with:
    • Order number
    • Date
    • Status (pending, processing, shipped, delivered)
    • Total amount
  3. Click an order to see full details
  4. When the order is shipped, you will see the tracking number and can follow the delivery

4.2 Downloading an invoice

  1. On the order detail page
  2. If the invoice is available, click Download Invoice to get the PDF

4.3 Managing addresses

  1. Go to My Account > Addresses
  2. View saved addresses (billing and shipping)
  3. To add: click New Address
  4. To edit: click the address and modify the fields
  5. To delete: click the delete icon
  6. Set an address as default to speed up checkout

4.4 Editing your profile

  1. Go to My Account > Profile
  2. Change:
    • First name and last name
    • Email
    • Phone
  3. Click Save

4.5 Changing your password

  1. Go to My Account > Settings
  2. Enter your current password
  3. Enter the new password (minimum 8 characters)
  4. Click Change Password

4.6 Wishlist

This feature is available when enabled by the store.

  1. On a product page, click the heart icon to add to your wishlist
  2. Go to My Account > Wishlist to see all saved products
  3. Remove products by clicking the remove icon
  4. Quickly check if a product is in stock

4.7 Sharing your wishlist

  1. On the wishlist page, click Share
  2. A unique link is generated that you can share with friends or family
  3. Anyone with the link can view the products without needing an account

4.8 Review history

  1. Go to My Account > Reviews
  2. View all reviews you have written
  3. Each review includes:
    • Product reviewed
    • Stars (1-5)
    • Title and comment
    • "Verified purchase" badge (if you bought the product)

4.9 Writing a review

  1. On the product page, in the Reviews section
  2. Click Write a Review (requires login)
  3. Fill in:
    • Stars — from 1 to 5
    • Title — review summary
    • Comment — detailed text
  4. The review will be published after admin approval
  5. Reviews from confirmed purchases are marked as "Verified Purchase"

4.10 Notification preferences

  1. Go to My Account > Settings
  2. Configure:
    • Order updates — receive emails about order status
    • Promotions — receive emails about offers and discounts
    • Newsletter — receive store news

4.11 Exporting your data (GDPR)

  1. Go to My Account > Settings
  2. Click Export My Data
  3. You will receive a JSON file with all your data: profile, orders, addresses, wishlist, and reviews

4.12 Deleting your account (GDPR)

  1. Go to My Account > Settings
  2. Click Delete Account
  3. Confirm the deletion
  4. Your personal data will be removed:
    • Profile, addresses, wishlist, and reviews are deleted
    • Orders are anonymised (kept for tax/legal purposes, without personal data)
  5. This action is irreversible

5. FAQ

Q: Can I buy without creating an account? A: It depends on the store. Some stores allow guest checkout. Creating an account lets you track orders and save addresses.

Q: How do I track my order? A: After shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also check in My Account > Orders.

Q: Are my payment details stored? A: No. Payment is processed directly by Stripe. The store never has access to your card details.

Q: Can I change the shipping address after ordering? A: Contact the store as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped yet, the address can be changed.

Q: What is the returns policy? A: Each store has its own policy. Check the Terms and Conditions page or contact the store directly.

Q: Can I pay by bank transfer or multibanco reference? A: Currently, payment is made by credit/debit card via Stripe. Other methods may be available depending on the store.
